Sharaz Choudhry is the Operations Director at Persona One Living, leading the day‑to‑day delivery of our supported housing portfolio. With a background in housing compliance, maintenance oversight, and tenant engagement, Sharaz ensures our services are delivered to the highest standard across every home we manage.
Sharaz oversees property compliance, HHSRS audits, health and safety, emergency repairs, and resident moves. He’s the operational heart of the business-keeping everything running smoothly, efficiently and with dignity at the centre. Whether it’s onboarding a new property, preparing for inspection, or ensuring repairs are completed quickly, Sharaz leads with reliability and care.
He has a hands‑on understanding of what supported housing requires at ground level, and is deeply trusted by both our internal teams and external partners. Under his leadership, our properties remain safe, compliant, and welcoming places that residents can truly call home.
