Safaraz Ali MBE is the Chair and Strategic Lead of Persona One Living and a widely respected social entrepreneur with over two decades of experience across housing, skills, employability, and social care.
Awarded an MBE for services to social mobility and inclusion, Safaraz has founded and led multiple purpose‑driven organisations focused on creating long‑term opportunities for people and communities. His work spans supported housing, apprenticeships, workforce development, and community regeneration across the West Midlands and beyond.
At Persona One Living, Safaraz provides strategic direction, governance leadership, and external engagement. He ensures the organisation remains values‑led, ethically grounded, and focused on sustainable growth. His approach balances commercial realism with social responsibility-recognising that good housing outcomes require both strong operations and principled leadership.
