With over 25 years of combined experience building successful businesses in skills, employability, and social care, they witnessed firsthand how the lack of safe and secure housing acts as a fundamental barrier to stability and progress.
They observed a “broken system” in the Midlands: a severe housing crisis, coupled with a lack of trust due to poor standards from many supported housing providers. Landlords were hesitant, local authorities disillusioned, and vulnerable tenants often left in unsafe conditions. This stark reality ignited their resolve to do things differently. Persona One Living was established to bring professionalism, transparency, and high standards into supported accommodation, aiming to be a new generation of social housing leaders.
